Beach Bars in Goa: Where to Enjoy a Drink by the Coast
How BeachHutsInGoa lists beach bars: on the sand only when a source says so, with published places in Palolem, Colomb Bay and Vagator.

A drink by the coast in Goa can mean a table on the sand, a bar on the road behind the beach, or a village room with a stage. BeachHutsInGoa keeps those differences visible. Beach Bars & Pubs lists places only after a public source is recorded. The page is not a best-of list, and it does not publish prices or opening hours.
“On the beach” appears only when the source places the seating on the sand. “Near the beach” is the weaker claim: close to the shore, not on it. “Live music” appears only when the source describes live bands or a stage, not merely DJs.
Palolem
Palolem has two published beach bars on the sand.
Brendon's Beach Homes, Pub & Restaurant describes a pub and restaurant at Palolem with beachside seating, including dining on the beach, and says the pub has live music and DJs.
The Wave Goa Dining describes meals and drinks in a beachfront room beside the shore, from breakfast through dinner. The dining page does not mention live music. The same place is also listed under Restaurants & Cafés.
If you are choosing a stay on this bay, browse beach huts and confirm the room with the property. A beach bar on the same beach is not a booking.
Between Patnem and Palolem
Kala Bahia is a seafront bar, restaurant and lounge on Colomb Bay, between Patnem and Palolem. The source says the restaurant is near Palolem Beach. It does not say the tables are on the sand, so the record is “near the beach,” not “on the beach.” It stays a restaurant as well as a beach bar, and it is not tied to a single beach page.
Vagator
Published beach bars in Vagator are not marked as tables on the sand. The addresses are a road or the village.
Noah Goa describes a beach club on Ozran Beach Road, with dining and cocktails by day and DJs after sunset. Masaya Vagator describes a seaside club at Ozran, with dining by the water and DJs after sunset. Both are also listed as nightlife.
Hideaway Goa describes a bar and café in Vagator village, away from the main party strip, with a stage for live bands including jazz. It is not on the beach. Live music is marked because the source describes that stage.
How to use the list
Open Beach Bars & Pubs for the current published set. A place can also sit in restaurants or nightlife without a second record. The detail page says which, and it links to the official site when one is recorded.
